A) Terms and conditions for readily available products

  1. You should agree to make an unboxing video. Without this Lightning Kicks will not be liable for any damages if any. Please make sure that you don't stop filming until all the wrapping is off the product and until you try the product.
  2. If any issue, it should be reported within first 48 hours of delivery.
  3. If Prepaid please make the entire payment.

    If COD you need to pay ₹300 extra. But ₹600 in advance.
    For example, if your bill is ₹1000 + ₹300 for COD = ₹1300, you will pay ₹600 now & ₹700 on delivery.
    The reason why we take ₹600 advance is if in case you don't accept the COD parcel, we will be charged RTO (return to owner charges).
  4. COD or Prepaid amount refundable if QC rejected by you.
  5. If inquired before 2:30pm QC today before 8pm & If Inquired after 2:30pm QC tomorrow before 8pm.
  6. Dispatch is done immediately once QC approved if approved before 7:00 pm.
  7. Tracking ID is provided one day after dispatch.
  8. No return, No Exchanges in terms of sizing. Customer is requested to provide right sizing. For that you can WhatsApp us on 9819740951. Size tag photo will be a part of your official QC from now onwards.
As Quality check (QC) is provided please check everything properly as there is no return and exchange. We don't do any bait and switch, what we show in the QC is what you get. If QC is not proper we will provide new QC or provide immediate refund as the customer requests. Once QC is approved there is no cancellation.
  1. I am your first line of support. Even if there is any delivery issue contact me. If because of you not informing me the product is returned, you need to pay for redelivery.
  2. Only For Shades & Watches

    Why take a kit in case of watches and shades:
    A. Protection
    B. Unboxing experience
    C. Value for money

    Total price = given price + kit price
    (Note: kit is not necessary to buy. But it's recommended)

    Once the plastic cover is removed for watches, it can't be returned or replaced.
    The watch price is without kit automatically.
  3. Only for Jerseys & Clothing

    There is no returns and exchanges until there is a visible and prominent damage.
    The customer care on WhatsApp 9819740951 will decide if the damage is valid for exchange.
    Clothing once worn and having perfume smell, stains or sweat can't be returned.
    Unboxing video should show the damages. If no unboxing video with proof, we won't be liable to exchange.

B) Terms and conditions for available on demand products

  1. You should agree to make an unboxing video. Without this Lightning Kicks will not be liable for any damages if any. Please make sure that you don't stop filming until all the wrapping is off the product and until you try the product.
  2. If any issue, it should be reported within first 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Some products will have 2 instalments enabled for your ease. You will only need to pay half now, rest after QC (in prepaid) or on delivery (in COD). For COD ₹300 is extra advance. You can check if this 2 installments option is available for your desired product.
  4. TIMELINE:

    You have asked to book the parcel.

    We check for stock and book it if available.

    We provide Quality Check photos in 3-15 days. This depends on the factory. Some factories have product readily available. Some do it on demand.

    Once Quality Check is approved, we board your parcel from China to India. It takes 12-40 days to arrive in India. (Because of occasions like Festivals and Chinese Virus Breakouts this may vary)

    The product lands in the Capital and goes to Customs.

    Once Custom clearance is done, it's sent our ways so we can check if everything is proper.

    After it reaches us we will send you a detailed video of your product. A video call can be done too on demand.

    The Parcel is shipped to you.

    The Parcel reaches you.

    This entire timeline may take 25-45 days. (Because of occasions like Festivals and Chinese Virus Breakouts this may vary)

    For non sneaker products the timeline might add +10 days. Making it 35-55 days.
  5. I am your first line of support. Even if there is any delivery issue contact me. If because of you not informing me the Sneaker is returned, you need to pay for redelivery.
  6. There is no returns or exchange in on demand orders for minor damages. As the product arrives from thousands of kilometres away it may get slightly damaged. We try to make sure it arrives to you in the best condition possible.
